Photo Processing, Pick-up, and Delivery Policy

Below are our policies and guidelines regarding our photo processing services. We will message you via Facebook Messenger or send you an email once your photos are ready.

Kindly note that you have three months to collect your order. After the specified period, any unclaimed prints or items will be disposed of, and we regret that we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Printing of photos

  • The lead times for printing photos are:
    • 1 week - print sizes up to 8r, which are printed in bulk
    • 1 week - 11R, 20×24, 12x18 and 18×24
    • 4 to 6 weeks - 20×30 and 24×26

With Custom Frames And Sintra Board

  • Printing of photos with frames can take up to 7 days.
  • Please verify your frame wood choice before we proceed with printing.
  • We will message you via Facebook Messenger once your photos are ready.

Stick-it Frames

  • Select your choice of color for the frame to verify if it's available since we'll have to order the materials abroad.
  • Frames may take 1 to 2 months if no on-hand stock is available for your chosen color.

Albums

  • Layout designing takes up to 2 weeks after we submit the edited photos.
  • Before we proceed with printing, we'll submit the layout to you for approval.
  • Once approved, we'll proceed with printing. Printing may take up 2 weeks during non-peak season and 4 weeks during peak season

Delivery

Only the printed photos and albums are available for delivery. We only allow pickups for frames with glasses since the material is too fragile for delivery.

We offer the following shipping options:

J&T Delivery Policy

  • Standard Shipping fee: P150
  • Products are shipped out every Wednesday and Saturday.
  • Our cut-off time to receive your delivery information and payment receipt is until 3 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays.
  • In the event that your information or payment did not make the cut-off time, we will ship your photos on the next available day.

Grab, Lalamove, or other on-demand Delivery Policy

  • Customer will be informed once the products are ready for pickup.
  • Customer will initiate and pay for the delivery fee.
  • Please inform us ahead of time if you have scheduled a pickup from any of these services so we can prepare the order ahead of time.
